About the Opportunity

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s success. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, develop your team and take full ownership of day-to-day operations.
You’ll bring energy, leadership and commercial focus to:
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
  • Coach, develop and inspire a team of 8–10
  • Create a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Oversee stock management, rostering and operational excellence
  • Lead from the front and set the standard on the shop floor
