Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nook Associate to join a growing data solutions company in Plano, TX. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred to assist with communication and operational needs.

Responsibilities
Process and organize documents, files, and digital records.
Enter and verify data accurately within company systems.
Scan, sort, and prepare documents for digital storage.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Utilize computers and software programs to manage data and records.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company procedures and productivity standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish when needed.

Qualifications
