This position is based in Topeka, KS, and is a hybrid role. You'll work closely with leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to manage projects from initial planning through successful implementation. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate IT, business, and operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, communication strategies, and supporting documentation while utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint to monitor progress and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to establish project priorities, manage resources, identify risks, resolve challenges, and communicate project status.
Support project portfolio management, governance, and reporting requirements, including preparing executive presentations, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with established project management standards and methodologies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is beneficial.
Four or more years of IT-related project management experience preferred, including managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of established project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project management credentials preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, engage stakeholders, and deliver successful project outcomes.
