Fill Line Technician LocationWalker, MI Pay: 1st Shift - $16.25/hr 2nd Shift -$16.75/hr Shift:1st 4:45 am to 3:00 pm Monday- Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays 2nd 2:45 pm to 1:00 am Monday- Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays Job Summary: As a Fill Line Technician at Bissell, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our fill lines, which produce a variety of cleaning solutions. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize line performance to meet production goals. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on fill lines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed Troubleshoot fill line issues, identifying and resolving problems to minimize downtime Inspect production line items for quality defects or other anomalies Collaborate with production staff to ensure smooth operation of fill lines and resolve any issues that may arise Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety Assist in assembling custom client orders Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and production data Key Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Requires fluent use of English (reading, writing, and speaking) Preferred Skills Previous Quality Control experience Basic math skills Previous packaging experience How to Apply Workbox webpage posting link Equal Opportunity Employment ]>
