Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join a growing civil contractor delivering a diverse range of projects across Melbourne, including works on the landmark North East Link Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of civil construction projects
• Support planning, programming, and subcontractor management
• Ensure works are completed to project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
• Assist with project reporting and progress tracking
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within civil construction
• Experience working on civil projects such as roads, bulk earthworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification
• Motivated attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and progress your career
