The Opportunity
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you'll lead the commercial organisation across North America, taking ownership of revenue growth, strategic customer development and regional market expansion.
This is a highly visible leadership role with genuine influence over the direction of the business. Working alongside senior leadership, you'll shape commercial strategy, strengthen strategic customer relationships and accelerate growth across both established and emerging markets throughout the region.
This opportunity will suit an ambitious commercial leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, developing long-term customer partnerships and driving sustainable growth within specialist technology markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the North American sales organisation to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop, mentor and inspire a high-performing commercial team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, partners and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities across North America.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align commercial strategy with market requirements.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and business planning.
- Represent the company at executive customer meetings, partner engagements and major industry events.
Experience & Background
We're keen to speak with experienced commercial leaders who can demonstrate:
- A proven track record leading B2B technology sales organisations.
- Experience selling complex hardware or integrated technology solutions for control room environments.
- Success delivering commercial growth through both direct and channel sales models.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- The ability to build executive-level customer relationships and lead complex sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, forecasting and negotiation skills.
