Join a highly regarded WA-based insurance brokerage recognised for its specialist expertise in regional and agricultural clients. With decades of experience supporting businesses across the Wheatbelt, the team is known for delivering tailored risk solutions backed by strong insurer relationships and a genuinely client-first approach.
In this newly-created role, due to company expansion and client growth, you’ll work closely with senior team members to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, primarily across the Central Wheatbelt region (including York, Northam, Three Springs, and Beverly). Depending on your experience, you’ll take ownership of client relationships while contributing to the continued expansion of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality, responsive support
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly within the agricultural sector
- Support senior account managers with client servicing and portfolio growth
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base across industries and regions
- Coordinate with internal claims and workers’ compensation teams to deliver seamless service
- Attend client visits across the Wheatbelt region (travel required, up to ~300km for some locations)
About You
- Previous experience in insurance broking with experience managing rural, farm accounts.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships
- Comfortable working with regional clients and travelling as required
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within a portfolio
- Experience working with agricultural or regional clients is highly regarded
- Based in Perth Metro or ideally located within the Central Wheatbelt
