We are partnering with a well-established facilities management company known for its commitment to sustainability and quality. This organization specializes in providing essential services such as maintenance, cleaning, and building management. Currently seeking a talented Bilingual HR Administrator to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting their HR functions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), eager to grow in their HR career, and possess the ability to view challenges from a broader perspective. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Core Duties:
Accurately process and manage employee status change forms, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Research, respond to, and process unemployment claims in collaboration with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Assist in gathering and organizing employee files for Workers Compensation cases.
Oversee the renewal process and initiate new badging requests for employees in the Aerospace and Refineries sectors.
Lead the preparation and distribution of the 2025 labor law posters, ensuring compliance with updated regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Ability to question processes and strategies from a broader perspective, offering innovative solutions.
Demonstrates a strong desire to build a career in HR, with a keen willingness to learn and prove oneself.
Willingness to travel out-of-state if necessary in the future.
