1st Shift

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines.
• Setup and operation of automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers.
• Setup and operation of mass reflow ovens.
• Perform manual component placement and inspection.
• Perform detailed quality inspection of populated circuit boards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance

• Minimum of three years of experience operating SMT Equipment.
• Good working knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
• Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bill of Materials and Assembly drawings.
• Expected to communicate well both verbally and in written format.
• Component identification ability required.
• Candidates should be very organized with the ability to keep count of parts.
• Candidates should have the ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions.
