Looking for a role that keeps you moving, outdoors, and part of a great team? We’re searching for a reliable and energetic MR/HR Driver + Labourer to join our crew in Richlands, Ipswich. If you enjoy variety, physical work, and driving trucks — this one’s for you!

Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 6:30am – 4:00pm

  • Consistent weekly hours you can count on

What You’ll Be Doing

A mix of driving and hands‑on labouring, including:

  • Land clearing and site preparation

  • Mulching, planting, mowing, hedging, trimming, watering

  • Safe and efficient operation of MR/HR vehicles

  • General labouring and site support tasks

Requirements

  • MR Manual licence or higher

  • White Card – MUST HAVE

  • Reliable and ready for physical work
