The same operator has won an overhead line rebuild framework in the North, based out of Fort William and covering long, genuinely remote sites across the region. The contract was signed last week, so this is the earliest point: the commercial framework gets built from the start. Expect significant travel and close work with the project team on the ground.

It's set up as a rolling six-month contract, and given where the work is, it's one that runs long. This isn't a location that turns over quickly, so for the right contractor it's a stable, long-dated assignment rather than a short gap.
