We are seeking a Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of experience supporting a Trusts & Estates practice. HYBRID.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a high-volume partner, so candidates must be comfortable handling a busy workload, prioritizing competing deadlines, and proactively following up on outstanding matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Trusts & Estates legal assistant experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Proactive follow-up and strong communication skills
  • Experience supporting a busy attorney or high-volume partner is strongly preferred

Compensation & Schedule:
  • Salary: DOE (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid schedule: One work-from-home day per week after the training period
