Our client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team in Raheen, Limerick. This is a newly created position, offering an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play a key role in supporting customers and coordinating daily operations.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers while also assisting with scheduling and logistics. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills, and is keen to develop their career within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and schedule customer collections and service requests.
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure efficient daily scheduling and route planning.
  • Manage customer information accurately using internal systems.
  • Provide a professional and efficient customer experience at all times.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with general administration and customer support duties as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and planning schedules.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and building relationships with customers and colleagues.
