As a result of their growing opportunities they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that would like to gain experience within those sectors.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, cost planning, etc. You’ll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the head of the Sydney Office.

- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for variations and progress claims
- Conduct Contracts Administration services
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 5yrs Quantity Surveying experience
- Work well within a team
- Previous experience working for a consultancy firm
