Techforce is currently seeking 50 Highly experienced Excavator Operators to join a range of exciting mining projects across Western Australia.

What's in it for you?
- FIFO from Perth - Earn up to $13,000 per swing!
- Weekly Pay
- Opportunity to go full-time after 3 or 6 months - depending on client
- Long-term work across major WA gold, lithium and iron ore operations
- Work with experienced crews that value safety, upskilling and teamwork
- Operating large production excavators in an open pit mining environment
- Safe, efficient operation of large excavator equipment
- Completing pre-start inspections and reporting defects
- Following mine plans, traffic management and safety procedures
- Working closely with production crews to keep the mine moving
- Maintaining a clean, safe and productive work area
- Minimum 18 months' production mining experience operating Excavators.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Demonstrated skill operating a wide range of Production Mining Equipment from leading brands such as Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, or Liebherr.
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass Techforce compliance and registration requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Reliable attitude with a great work ethic
- Ongoing aftercare & regular check-ins
