Site Reliability Engineer - Mid Level

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building, operating, and evolving cloud-native platforms that support critical business systems at scale.

As a hands-on engineering role, you will play a key part in shaping platform capabilities, enhancing developer productivity, and implementing best practices across infrastructure, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting production applications and services.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and related automation tooling.
• Build, optimise, and support CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, quality, and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Participate in incident response activities, troubleshooting production issues and conducting root cause analysis.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and supporting cloud infrastructure, preferably within AWS environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong scripting and programming skills using technologies such as Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#.
