- 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
- Previous experience managing large-scale commercial electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction, project delivery, and the NEC.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
- Strong contract and change-order management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software experience preferred.
