An exciting opportunity is available for a Nurse Practitioner to join one of regional Victoria's leading not-for-profit healthcare providers. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician with a passion for Aged Care and Dementia Care who is looking to further develop their Nurse Practitioner career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll provide expert clinical leadership, comprehensive cognitive assessments and ongoing support to clients, families and healthcare providers across East Gippsland.
