Your Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in defining and driving business wide employee experience initiatives, enabling culture and capability to drive business success.
Key focuses:
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, utilising your expertise to proactively coach, advise and influence;
- Evolve existing culture, capability and performance programs, particularly relating to talent and leadership development, performance frameworks, succession planning and reward and recognition;
- Utilise data and analytics to continuously review, evaluate and enhance employee experience initiatives;
- Lead and contribute to value add projects, aligned with business strategy.

Additionally, you will have:
- Proven experience across all facets of the employee life cycle;
- Demonstrated success in design and delivery of contemporary OD solutions within fast paced environments;
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate how OD and the broader People function add value;
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to build credibility and influence at all levels;
- A capable change leader, able to simplify, align stakeholders and drive successful delivery.
