Professional Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Manual & Automation Engineer with over 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing, Web Application Testing, Healthcare Domain Testing, GTM and SEO Validation, Mobile Testing, and Test Case Design & Execution. Proven expertise in functional, regression, exploration, UAT, and compatibility testing with strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate web applications across multiple environments including Development, UAT, Preview, Temporary Production, and Production.
• Execute GTM (Google Tag Manager) and SEO testing for digital and healthcare web applications.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing using BrowserStack on iOS and Android platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira and Redmine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and quality metrics.
• Support application migration testing and release validation activities.
• Create and maintain test data for end-to-end testing activities.
• Mentor junior testers and provide floor support on testing strategies and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements through Kaizen initiatives and SOP creation.
