We are seeking reliable, hardworking forklift operators to become vital members of our client’s dispatch team in a fast-paced poultry production environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading industry operation, ensuring the smooth flow of stock through unpacking, packing, and forklift transportation. If you thrive in energetic settings and take pride in safety and efficiency, this position is perfect for you.

What You Will Need:

• Current LF forklift license with previous forklift experience preferred
• Prior factory or warehouse experience highly regarded
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Availability to work afternoon, night shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in refrigerated environments
• Excellent physical fitness to handle repetitive, physical tasks
• Positive attitude with a hardworking, energetic approach
• Ability to handle raw poultry products responsibly and hygienically
• Working rights in Australia

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications related to warehouse or safety practices
• Experience working in refrigerated or food production environments
• Knowledge of safe work practices and safety protocols
• Prior experience operating forklifts in industrial settings

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Several years of relevant forklift and warehouse experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in cold, refrigerated environments consistently
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols
• Comfortable handling raw poultry products
• Flexibility to work across various shifts and overtime as needed
