Customer Service Associate

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a busy service center supporting customers primarily by phone. You’ll handle a steady volume of inbound calls (and some outbound follow-up), assisting a professional customer base—often brokers and business owners—with everyday questions, account navigation, and routing more complex requests to the right internal partner.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping people, can stay calm and efficient in a high-call environment, and learns new systems quickly. Bilingual skills are a plus (not required).

Responsibilities 

• Answer high-volume inbound calls (with some outbound follow-up) and deliver clear, professional customer support to brokers and business owners.
• Troubleshoot “everyday” questions (login/access help, locating information, due dates/payments, basic contract/account questions) and document interactions accurately.
• Navigate and multitask across multiple systems while the team transitions platforms—staying organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Escalate exceptions appropriately and route complex issues to the right internal partners to ensure customers get a complete resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Call center/customer service experience with comfort being on the phone throughout the day 
• Ability to handle higher call volume while maintaining quality, accuracy, and a positive tone (recent volume has been ~40–50 calls/day).
• Strong technical comfort—quick to learn new tools and able to work across multiple systems; Microsoft Office proficiency required (Salesforce/HubSpot a plus).
• Reliable, professional communicator with solid follow-through, strong listening skills, and a service mindset; bilingual is a plus, not required.
