Application Requirements
1. Job Title: AI Platform Lead Engineer
Technical Leader for the Latest Technology:
You will become the technical centerpiece in the actual implementation of "Agentforce × Data
Cloud," which has few domestic precedents. You will gain advanced experience in
independently deciphering the documentation for the latest technology and implementing it.
2. Expected Annual Income:
¥8,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 (Preferred consideration based on experience, ability, and
previous salary).
3. Location:
Tokyo 23 Wards (Remote work available).
4. Principal Responsibility:
You will lead the technical provision of "self-driving" AI solutions that drive the launch of the
AI Agent business and bring about transformation using platforms like Agentforce. This is a
highly market-valuable and important position, responsible for designing and deploying
complex LLM-based intelligent agents and automation workflows, in addition to existing data
analysis and BI tool workshops.
5. Detailed Responsibility:
You will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and quality control in
Agentforce implementation projects, as well as skill transfer to customers.
1. Leading Requirements Definition and Technical Design
1. In collaboration with the primary departments of the target service, such as
the customer's IT department, lead the identification of inquiry operations
suitable for AI automation and the design of the flow.
2. Perform technical design of the business logic using Flow Builder as the
'hands and feet' of Agentforce, and prompt design as its 'brain'.
2. Implementation, Construction, and Quality Control
1. New construction of Service Cloud (case management, knowledge base),
Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (employee portal).
2. Implement Agentforce settings, data ingestion settings for Data Cloud, and
advanced custom processing using Apex. Design a highly maintainable,
"low-code-centric" architecture that maximizes the use of Salesforce standard
features and AI.
3. Take responsibility for the quality, security, and scalability of implemented
code and flows, and share best practices.
3. Operation, Improvement, and Continuous Support
1. Monitor the accuracy of AI responses after deployment and continuously tune
prompts and knowledge.
2. Provide technical lectures so that customers can modify prompts themselves.
3. Drive internal development (insourcing) promotion centered on skill transfer
to customers, moving beyond a development process that ends with delivery.
6. Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum Requirements
1. Experience in the implementation or operation/maintenance of Salesforce
Service Cloud (3 years or more).
2. Experience in implementing business logic using Salesforce Flow Builder
(emphasis on the ability to design flows that act as the autonomous "hands
and feet" of AI agents).
3. Development experience using Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web
Components (LWC).
4. 5 or more years of end-to-end practical service delivery experience in
high-quality, scalable solution development projects in a professional
environment, including customer negotiation for requirements definition.
5. Hands-on experience in building and deploying solutions using AI/LLM
technology (LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, etc.).
6. Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as
JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
7. Strong intellectual curiosity for new technologies (Generative AI, LLM) and a
mindset for trial-and-error in uncharted territory.
8. Fluent business communication skills in Japanese. Reading comprehension
ability for English documents (Trailhead/Release Note).
2. Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of ITIL (IT Service Management) or practical experience in
in-house SE/Help Desk operations.
2. Practical or learning experience with Data Cloud.
3. Experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions in highly
regulated industries.
4. Advanced certification on the Salesforce platform (Application Architect,
System Architect, etc.).
5. Design experience for data linkage and integration centered on Data Cloud.
3. Other requirements, if any
1. Proven entrepreneurial spirit, a "get things done" attitude, and a strong will for
rapid and effective delivery.
2. High transmission power to lead technical decision-making, accompany
customers to pass on technology, engage those around you, and
independently find and solve problems.
3. Ability to visit customer sites as needed (Note: Primarily remote, but may
occur depending on the project phase).
