Job Summary
A Spring Lake cordage manufacturer is seeking dependable Textile Production Associates to join their team on 1st shift. In this role, you will work with textile braiding machines and assist in various manufacturing positions throughout the facility. This is a physically demanding position in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term employment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor textile braiding machines
- Maintain production pace throughout the shift
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Lift and move materials weighing 45–60 pounds on a regular basis
- Work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment
- Assist in various manufacturing and production processes as needed
- Support production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to lift 45–60 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a steady, medium- to fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work in a physically demanding position
- Willingness to work required overtime after scheduled shifts and on weekends
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
