Rostering Coordinator

Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with a small, stand-alone NFP Aged Care provider in Brisbane who are seeking a skilled Rostering and Admin officer to join the team.  This is a full-time position with a split focus of 80% rostering and 20% administration/reception support.

About the Role

This is a critical role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring efficient staff rostering while also delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

To be successful you will have: 

• Proven experience in a rostering and/or administration role within aged care or healthcare
• Essential: Hands-on experience with Humanforce rostering systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• A calm, compassionate, and patient approach when dealing with elderly residents and families
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
