Our client is seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a respected Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation delivering essential community services that help people remain independent, connected and well within their communities.

Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for organisational strategy, governance, financial sustainability, operational performance and stakeholder engagement. Leading a multidisciplinary team and volunteer workforce, this role will drive organisational growth, service excellence and long-term community impact.
  • Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager or senior executive leader.
  • Strong governance, financial management and strategic planning capability.
  • Experience working closely with Boards and governance committees.
  • Demonstrated success leading organisational growth, change and transformation.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, advocacy and relationship management skills.
  • Experience within the not-for-profit, community, health or human services sectors will be highly regarded.
