  • Own end-to-end change strategy & planning

Role Requirements:

  • 5-10 years change management experience

  • Analytics, data or ERP transformation background

  • Strong multi-stakeholder influence skills

  • UAT lifecycle & business engagement know-how

  • Fluent English + Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)

  • Experience in retail or finance operations
