Your Daily Impact (Key Responsibilities):
Machine Operations: Safely operate, monitor, and observe automated high-speed production and packaging machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Quality & Monitoring: Watch equipment closely to quickly identify and report mechanical issues, jams, or discrepancies before they disrupt production.
Material Handling: Load raw materials into production lines and manually lift, stack, and move finished inventory as needed.
Safety First: Keep your workstation pristine, strictly follow facility sanitation rules, and adhere to all safety protocols.
What We Look For (Requirements):
Safety Equipment: Steel-toe boots are strictly required for day one on the facility floor.
Flexibility: Openness and flexibility to work either day or night shifts depending on production needs.
Physical Stamina: Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift.
Dependable Background: Outstanding attendance record and reliable transportation to guarantee excellent daily punctuality.
