We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate and driven Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join a well-established and growing home care service in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to further develop their leadership skills within a quality-focused organisation that genuinely values both its service users and its team. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care whilst supporting the continued growth, compliance and operational success of the service. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of a busy domiciliary care service Assist in maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards Lead, mentor and motivate care teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management Conduct spot checks, supervisions, competency assessments and care reviews Support rota management, care coordination and service delivery planning Monitor quality assurance processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders Assist with safeguarding investigations, incident management and risk assessments Deputise for the Registered Manager during periods of absence What We're Looking For Previous experience within a Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Senior Care Coordinator or similar leadership role Strong understanding of domiciliary care regulations and CQC requirements Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing care teams Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving outcomes for vulnerable adults Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's On Offer Competitive salary of £35,000 Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation Ongoing professional development and leadership training Supportive and collaborative management team Opportunity to make a genuine difference within your local community Pension scheme Generous annual leave entitlement Recognition and reward initiatives Access to wellbeing support programmes Mileage reimbursement for business travel Apply Today If you are an experienced care professional with a passion for leadership, quality care and service excellence, we would love to hear from you.
