Business Enablement Specialist

The Business Enablement Specialist role provides excellent and timely service to enable client and candidate engagement across Chandler Macleod Group. The role operates in a high-volume environment where daily, weekly and monthly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are critical to the success of the business.
Based in Perth or Clayton, the role supports the Business Enablement Team in protecting the business by maintaining company, statutory and contractual compliance, while delivering customer experience and service excellence through accurate client set up, rate and contract administration, candidate and approver set up, systems maintenance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Client Database, Contracts & Rates
- Manage database processes for new and existing clients, including client set up and amendments.
- Generate contracts and contract amendments to ensure workers are paid and invoices are received in line with agreed client payment terms.
- Complete award increase checks and alerts.
- Enter new and updated rates in line with the Delegated Authority Policy.
- Accurately add concise pay notes for job orders and rate templates.
Candidate, Approver & Payroll Readiness
- Complete timely set up of candidates and approvers for timesheets and payroll.
- Provide support to contractors during set up to ensure they are payroll ready.
- Ensure systems are maintained with a high level of accuracy and quality across integrated, partially integrated and non-integrated systems.
Compliance, Risk & Data Quality
- Ensure client set up is completed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and agreed SLAs.
- Complete client engagement guides in consultation with the client control point for new contract clients.
- Support compliance with client contract requirements, credit and safety criteria, Fair Work requirements and other statutory obligations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant document control, including date stamping, version control and archiving of obsolete documents.
- Contribute to business improvement projects by identifying improvement opportunities and introducing innovative solutions to problems.
- Maintain SharePoint document libraries and document control in line with QMS requirements.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, within the same business day where required, taking ownership, saving notes and closing the loop on each query.
- Develop an effective internal network to deliver efficient solutions and support to customers.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Ability to clearly communicate at all levels and adjust communication style to suit the audience.
- Administrative background.
- Sound appreciation of customer service.
- Process-driven, outcome-oriented and high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to perform and prioritise under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong systems accuracy and data quality focus.
- Ability to maintain consistent data flow across integrated, partially integrated and non-integrated systems.
