Job Title: Service Manager Location: RH2 7LA Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time The Role We are representing a highly regarded, values-driven care provider seeking a dedicated Service Manager. In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide a committed team to deliver exceptional, person-centered support, ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of every individual in your care. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of care professionals with empathy and clear vision. Oversee all daily service operations, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery. Maintain rigorous CQC compliance, championing a culture of continuous quality improvement. Manage service budgets, resource allocation, and staffing requirements effectively. Cultivate trusting, supportive relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary external professionals. Your Profile Proven managerial experience within the health and social care sector. Comprehensive working knowledge of current CQC regulatory frameworks. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or currently working towards). A deeply compassionate leadership style driven by positive human outcomes.
