What You’ll Be Doing 

• Preparing detailed estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial repair works
• Reviewing scopes, drawings, engineering reports, and site information
• Liaising with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Producing clear, accurate cost breakdowns for insurance and commercial clients
• Working closely with project managers and supervisors to ensure smooth handover
• Supporting rapid‑response estimating during peak periods or emergency events
• Ensuring estimates align with internal quality, safety, and compliance standards

What You’ll Bring

• Experience estimating in insurance repairs, commercial construction, or remedial building
• Strong understanding of building methodologies and trade pricing
• Ability to interpret engineering reports, scopes of work, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients, trades, and internal teams
• High attention to detail and ability to work to strict timeframes
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
