The Role
You will play a key role in the production and development of detailed Revit models across a range of residential schemes, including high-rise buildings and complex housing developments.
The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of packages while also collaborating closely with wider project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and develop high-quality Revit models and technical drawing packages
- Support delivery of residential and high-rise projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Work both independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Ensure models and drawings align with UK Building Regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate information with consultants and internal teams
- Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and high technical standards throughout project delivery
Requirements
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong professional experience using Revit, including confident modelling capability
- Proven experience working on residential and high-rise schemes
- UK project experience is essential, including strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- A portfolio demonstrating strong residential work
- Ability to manage workload independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
