As a Revenue Accountant, you will own all aspects of general finance operation. This person will report directly to the Supervisor of Financial Operations.

What you will do

  • Employees’ Corporate Expense Reimbursements
    You will check and process employees’ corporate expense reimbursements using SAP Concur and Oracle NetSuite.
  • Vendor AP Postings and Payments
    You will check and process vendor payments using Approve.com, SAP Concur, Oracle NetSuite, MS Excel, and Internet Banking.
  • Customer Sales Orders and Invoices Preparation
    You will prepare customer sales orders and invoices using Google Spreadsheet, Oracle NetSuite, and MS Excel.
  • Vendor and Employee Registration
    You will maintain the records of vendors and employees using Oracle NetSuite and SAP Concur.
  • Administrative Work
    You will work on general administrative tasks in accounting and finance.
  • Booking of Prepaid and Accrued Expenses
    You will book prepaid and accrued expenses using Oracle NetSuite.
  • Metrics.
    You will generate monthly metrics using MS Excel.
  • Tax
    You will prepare materials for year-end tax calculations (e.g., corporate income tax and consumption tax) using Oracle NetSuite and MS Excel.

 

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Minimum two years of accounting operational experiences
  • Nissho Boki 3rd level certified or equivalent knowledge
  • Excellent Japanese language skills
  • Ability to use English-based applications (reading and writing)
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table, etc.)
