Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing team as we plan for a seamless transition ahead of a valued physician’s retirement. The Opportunity
• 100% outpatient practice - no OB, no ER, no weekends, no call
• Step into volume right away in a trusted, community-rooted clinic
• Optional leadership role: Chief of Staff with strong administrative support
• Flexible 4-day workweek for unbeatable work-life balance
• Visa sponsorship available: J1 and H1B support
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary starting at $310,000 - $325,000 (negotiable dependent on experience), with wRVU bonuses offering additional earning potential
• Sign on bonus, relocation support, annual quality bonus, CME, student loan repayment, licensure reimbursement, and more
• 35 days of PTO to recharge, travel, or simply enjoy life
• Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, vision
• IPERS retirement plan with a 9.5% employer contribution - fully vested in 7 years
