Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Dispatcher to join a fast-paced transportation and logistics team!

🚛 Responsibilities

✅ Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes
✅ Monitor deliveries, pickups, and driver activity
✅ Communicate route updates and scheduling changes
✅ Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and customers
✅ Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records
✅ Enter data and update transportation information
✅ Resolve scheduling issues and delivery delays
✅ Provide excellent customer service and administrative support

⭐ Qualifications

✔ Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔ Basic computer and data entry experience
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
