Part-Time Temporary Role | 12 Hours per Week | $27–$28 p/h + 8% Holiday Pay

Looking for a part-time role where you can bring your people skills, energy and organisation to a friendly, busy environment?

We’re looking for a warm and capable Receptionist to join a well-established clinic in the heart of Ponsonby. This is an initial 3–4 week temporary assignment and would suit someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a business while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Alongside greeting clients, you’ll manage incoming calls and emails, process payments and provide general administration support to the wider clinic team. It’s a varied front-of-house position where being approachable, organised and happy to pitch in will go a long way.

Mōu | About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can quickly build rapport with a wide range of clients. Previous reception or administration experience would be beneficial, along with strong communication skills and confidence using everyday office systems. You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable juggling several things at once while maintaining a friendly and professional approach. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone energetic, approachable and willing to get involved wherever needed.
