VP Operations & Strategy

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Indonesia. Our client is seeking an experienced VP Operations & Strategy to drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and sustainable business growth across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive leadership team to translate business strategy into operational priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead hospital-wide operational excellence, transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional performance and drive improvements in patient flow, service quality, productivity, and overall patient experience.
• Support business growth through service expansion, new initiatives, and continuous improvement of the hospital operating model.
• Establish strong performance management, governance, and operational KPI frameworks.
• Drive collaboration across clinical, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare/hospital management, with significant exposure to senior operational leadership.
• Strong track record in hospital operations, strategy, transformation, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and working closely with C-level executives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
