We are currently looking for an SAP PS Consultant to support a project with a global end client of ours in Mexico.

 

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month initial contract with possible extensions

Location: Hybrid – remote with minimum 1 week per month onsite in North East Mexico

Languages: English and Spanish speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support with the implementation of SAP S/4 Project System and Assets Accounting, particularly in the context of plant maintenance–related functionalities outside of SAP S/4
  • Support the defined investment and AuC design and produce the Functional Design Specification (FSD) for SAP PS processes within scope.
  • Prepare and maintain SAP Functional Process Documentation, limited strictly to SAP PS processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Configure SAP FI, FI-AA, CO and PS using standard SAP functionality (Project Profiles, WBS structures, AuC profiles, settlement rules) based on the approved design.
  • Configure and validate investment project creation, AuC tracking, and settlement from WBS to AuC and from AuC to final fixed assets.
  • Document SAP PS configuration decisions
  • Support functional testing (FUT/SIT) and provide UAT support for PS scenarios
  • Execute cutover activities limited to in-scope SAP functionalities.
  • Support traceability between SAP PS and Maximo within the approved integration scope.
