Job Summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates for a client in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an active warehouse or distribution environment and are comfortable handling inbound and outbound freight.

In this role, you’ll help keep warehouse operations moving by handling palletized materials, picking orders, lumping freight, and performing a variety of general warehouse activities. Depending on the task, you may also operate a manual or electric pallet jack.

This position also offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with the client after the assignment, along with a pay increase upon conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Move and handle palletized materials throughout the warehouse

• Pick products and materials accurately based on work instructions

• Assist with lumping and handling inbound and outbound freight

• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as needed

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks when required

• Support receiving, shipping, and other general warehouse activities

• Follow established workplace safety procedures and operating guidelines

• Read and follow labels, work instructions, and warehouse documentation

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Perform other light industrial and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or light industrial experience preferred

• Familiarity with manual or electric pallet jacks preferred

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Ability to perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift

• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures

• Dependable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule

• Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team

This is more than a short-term assignment. Associates who perform successfully may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent position with the client and receive an increase in pay upon conversion.
