你将加入一个高速发展的工程团队,构建可扩展、安全且智能的Agentic Retrieval基础设施,为企业级搜索、AI 助手以及知识发现体验提供核心动力。
你将与世界级的工程师、设计师和产品专家协作,共同定义“AI 驱动的企业搜索”真正意味着什么。作为核心工程师,你将参与实时文档处理管道、向量数据库以及基于权限的检索系统的开发,不断推动大规模 LLM 应用系统的边界。
岗位职责:
1.设计并实现可扩展的 Agentic Retrieval 系统,实现对内部内容(会议、消息、文档、白板、视频等)的实时问答能力。
2.构建稳健的数据摄取与索引管道,支持半结构化数据源,并实现细粒度、基于权限的访问控制。
3.开发高效的 API 与后端系统,支持查询、检索与排序功能。
4.与机器学习/NLP 工程师协作,迭代嵌入模型并提升搜索质量。
5.确保整个数据检索与增强系统在可靠性、低延迟与可扩展性方面表现卓越。
6.持续监控系统性能,并优化在真实负载下的高吞吐量、低延迟处理能力。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,4 年以上Java、Python、Golang、K8s开发经验或分布式系统工程经验。
2.具备 AI 工具的高效使用习惯与结果导向思维。
3.有大规模数据摄取管道的设计与运营经验(如消息队列、向量数据库、Temporal、Elasticsearch 等)。
4.有构建高可用、多租户后端服务的实战经验。
5.熟悉文档级权限建模与安全数据处理实践。
6.熟练掌握云原生工具,例如 Docker、Kubernetes 和 AWS。
加分项:
1.有外企及跨国协作经验者优先。
2.具备良好的产品意识,能够从用户角度提出改进建议。
