You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating within a dynamic project environment involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
You will have:
- 5+ years of construction experience, ideally within data centers, mission critical facilities, commercial construction, or complex renovation projects, with a strong understanding of project coordination and site operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, project teams, and clients while identifying and escalating project risks before they impact delivery.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience supporting data center fit out projects, white space installations, retrofit programmes, or live environment projects.
- OSHA 10 certification and commissioning experience are advantageous but not essential.
