Your strategic sourcing skills and deep understanding of the tech industry will make a tangible impact on our clients’ success and growth.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Recruiting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical recruitment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented mindset
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources
• Experience with company-level recruiting within the manufacturing industry for IT and Engineering roles

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel occasionally for career fairs or recruitment events
• Prior experience coordinating technical internship programs is a plus
