Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Responsible for financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual) and preparation of annual/interim reports and related schedules;
- Reviewing of group consolidation to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and listing rule requirements
- Responsible for Hong Kong tax compliance and annual statutory accounts;
- Performing annual budget exercise and preparation of related schedules;
- Performing analysis and commentary of financial performance;
- Provide accounting and reporting guidance to overseas subsidiaries;
- Dealing with external auditors, tax representatives and other consultants;
- Assist in research on accounting, taxation other compliance issues;
- Other ad hoc assignments from supervisors
Job Requirements
- Degree in accountancy or equivalent
- Qualified accountant (HKCPA qualification or equivalent)
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or audit (Big 4 experience is an advantage)
- Working in HK listed co/sizable companies is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS / HKFRS and regulatory reporting requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in ERP system NetSuite is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eager to learn and ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
