A well established private practice in the West Philadelphia metro is seeking an internist who can provide compassionate and high-quality care to their community. Join a growing, well established team of 5 other physicians and 23 APP’s that has been a leader in the area for 20+ years.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Guaranteed base salary + Production Incentives + Profit Sharing | $400k+ proven income potential.
• Choose your hours and your schedule! 3, 4, or 5 day work-week options available.
• Practice call, only 6 weekends per year!
• Fast-paced clinic with 20 exam rooms fed by a large catchment area with a mostly commercial payor mix.
• Highly efficient operations with unmatched ancillary support and everything you need to be successful.
• Optimized workflow with EPIC EMR, DAX AI Scribe, and a dedicated APP that manages your In-Basket.
• Great benefits like a health insurance stipend of up to $20K, recruitment package, PTO, and more!
