Are you experienced in cable assembly, crimping, soldering, or wire harness work? We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join a growing manufacturing company supporting the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defense, and Government industries!

🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Cable assembly and wire harness work
✅ Precision crimping and soldering
✅ Connector and pin insertion
✅ Reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
✅ Quality inspections and testing
✅ Working with hand tools and assembly equipment
✅ Following IPC/J-STD quality standards

⭐ What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous cable assembly, crimping, or soldering experience
✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Reliable attendance and punctuality
✔ Willingness to work overtime when needed
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

🌟 BONUS SKILLS:

🔹 IPC/J-STD Certifications
🔹 Aerospace, Defense, or Oil & Gas experience
