Financial Analyst | Dublin | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst to join a growing organisation based in Dublin.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys analysing data, delivering meaningful financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making. Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Produce variance analysis and provide commercial insights to support business performance
• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to provide meaningful financial analysis
• Support month-end reporting and ensure the timely delivery of financial information
• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools, dashboards and reporting processes
• Analyse large volumes of financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Support finance transformation initiatives, process improvements and systems optimisation
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and project work as required

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) or actively progressing through a professional accounting qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Reporting or a similar finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills with experience analysing and interpreting large datasets
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar
• Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar would be advantageous
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to present meaningful business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance reporting and decision-making
