The opportunity
This is not an entry level recruitment role. It's an exciting opportunity to bring your commercial acumen to the team as a 360 Consultant specialising in accounting and legal recruitment. We're looking for someone who understands commercial conversations, someone who has influencing skills, agility, and is driven to succeed.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle: building and maintaining a quality portfolio of clients and candidates while delivering a profitable, sustainable desk. Yes, a background in recruitment is a nice to have but we're looking for skillset and commercial experience above all.
