Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure payroll is delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time
- Manage payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with local legislation, statutory obligations, and reporting requirements
- Liaise with external payroll providers and monitor service delivery standards
- Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes
- Partner with HR regarding employee changes, terminations, and benefits administration
- Prepare payroll reports and support internal audit requirements
- Identify opportunities for payroll process and system improvements
About You
- 2+ years’ payroll experience, ideally within a multi-country or complex environment
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and payroll processes
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Experience using SuccessFactors (SAP) or similar payroll systems
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Full Australian working rights
