About the Role
As Director of Growth, you will lead a multidisciplinary team including Business Development Managers, a Marketing Manager, Bid & Tender Estimators, and a Commercial Analyst. You will be responsible for growing revenue, increasing market share, strengthening client relationships, enhancing brand presence and delivering commercial excellence across the business. Working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and provide data-driven insights that support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
You are an accomplished commercial leader with significant experience in business development, sales leadership, commercial management or growth-focused executive roles. You have a proven track record of delivering growth strategies that generate measurable revenue outcomes and possess strong commercial, financial and analytical capability.
You will bring experience leading cross-functional teams, managing tenders and proposals, and driving organisational performance. Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently partner with executive leaders to achieve strategic business objectives.

- Develop and execute ahs hospitality's growth strategy to achieve revenue, profitability and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments and strategic partnerships.
- Lead marketing and brand initiatives, including lead generation, digital marketing and market positioning.
- Oversee tender, bid and estimating functions to improve submission quality and conversion rates.
- Deliver commercial analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing Growth Team focused on accountability, collaboration and results.
- Establish clear performance measures and develop team capability.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management practices across all growth activities.
